We are excited to announce that we will be renting transient and seasonal slips for the 2026 boating season!
We have double berth slips from 20 ft to 40 ft
We also have a 430ft linear wall where larger boats can tie. The lock wall is free for the 2026 season. No utilities.
Freshly dredged marina in 2025
Dual 30A Electrical service on most slips. Included in transient rentals. Charged per kWh consumed for seasonal rentals.
Water service included.
We do not have fuel in Henry for 2026, but the city of Henry has approved plans to complete the fuel infrastructure by the 2027 season.
Restrooms and Shower houses will also be completed for the 2027 season.
Seasonal Rentals start on April 1st through November 1st.

Transient slips are $1.50 per foot per night

8 ft X 25 ft - $700
15 ft X 30 ft - $800
15 ft X 40 ft - $1,200
